About “A Taste for Death”
When the quiet Little Vestry of St. Matthew's Church becomes the scene of a double murder, Scotland Yard Commander Adam Dalgliesh is called to investigate. The victims are an upper-crust minister and a neighborhood derelict, their deaths raising many questions. Dalgliesh uncovers a complex web of motives, focusing on a half-burnt diary and a violet-eyed widow who is pregnant and full of malice.
