About “Slathbog's Gold”
Fifteen-year-old Alex Taylor notices a small sign reading "Adventurers Wanted" in Mr. Clutter's bookshop window and is swept into an adventure with heroic warriors, elves, and dwarves. He becomes the eighth member of a band seeking the lair of the dragon Slathbog the Red, battling trolls, bandits, and wraiths, and consulting an Oracle in her White Tower.
