About “Akira, Vol. 6”
As Tetsuo begins losing control of his abilities, the military's forces converge on Neo-Tokyo for the final confrontation. The film is set in a dystopian 2019 and follows Shōtarō Kaneda, leader of a biker gang, whose childhood friend Tetsuo Shima gains powerful telekinetic abilities after a motorcycle accident, threatening an entire military complex in the futuristic metropolis of Neo-Tokyo.
