About “Monster”

A second-rate actor is found mutilated in a car trunk. Later, a psychologist at a Los Angeles hospital for the criminally insane is murdered in a similar manner. An inmate at the hospital, who is considered barely functional, begins making incoherent statements that later appear to predict the crimes. These ramblings take on a disturbing clarity as the murders continue. Dr. Alex Delaware and Detective Milo Sturgis investigate the case, uncovering a complex web of secrets, revenge, sex, and manipulation. They work to solve the mystery and stop the killer before he predicts their own deaths.
