Oskar Ernst Bernhardt, also known as Abd-ru-shin, was a German religious leader who founded the Grail Movement, a millenarian new religious movement. He is best known as the author of The Grail Message, a work that combined elements of Christian legend, Theosophy, and Western Esotericism. Abd-ru-shin proclaimed the coming of the Millennial kingdom of God on Earth during the mid-1930s. He was born in 1875 and died in 1941.
