David A. Sinclair is an Australian-American biologist and academic known for his research on aging and epigenetics. He is a professor of genetics at Harvard Medical School and the founding director of the Paul F. Glenn Laboratories for the Biological Mechanisms of Aging at Harvard. Sinclair is the co-author of Lifespan: Why We Age – and Why We Don't Have To. He was born in 1969.
