7 standalone books

Federico García Lorca (Fuente Vaqueros, Granada, 5 June 1898 – camino de Víznar a Alfacar, Granada, 18 August 1936) was a Spanish poet, playwright, and theatre director. He was a member of the Generation of '27, a group of poets who introduced European artistic movements such as symbolism, futurism, and surrealism into Spanish literature. Lorca achieved international recognition for his work. He was killed by Nationalist forces at the beginning of the Spanish Civil War, and his remains have never been found. His literary output—encompassing poetry, drama, and prose—was unified by recurring themes such as love, desire, and sterility, and was characterized by consistent stylistic elements.
