Francisco Delicado (c. 1480 – c. 1535) was a Spanish writer and editor of the Renaissance. Born in Cordoba, he moved to Rome and, after the sack of Rome, went to Venice, where he wrote his novel Portrait of Lozana: The Lusty Andalusian Woman, one of the first works of the picaresque genre. He was a disciple of Antonio de Nebrija and edited books including Amadis de Gaula and Celestina.
