Geetanjali Shree, also known as Geetanjali Pandey, is an Indian Hindi-language novelist and short-story writer based in New Delhi, India. She is the author of several short stories and five novels, including Mai, which was shortlisted for the Crossword Book Award in 2001, and Ret Samadhi, which won the International Booker Prize in 2022. Her works include critical writings on Premchand, and her novel Mai was translated into English by Nita Kumar and published in 2017.
