Richard Graham Williams (1945–1990) was an English television producer, script editor, and screenwriter, best known for producing three seasons of the BBC science fiction series Doctor Who during Tom Baker's era as the Fourth Doctor. He also produced the ITV children's series Super Gran and episodes of Tales of the Unexpected. On our catalog he is credited with The Nightmare Fair in the Doctor Who series.
