Harriet Goldhor Lerner is a clinical psychologist and a contributor to feminist theory and therapy. She served as a staff psychologist at the Menninger Clinic in Kansas from 1972 to 2001 and was a faculty member and supervisor in the Karl Menninger School of Psychiatry. Her work focused on the psychology of women and family relationships, and she revised traditional psychoanalytic concepts to incorporate feminist and family systems perspectives.
