Heather Levi (born 1962) is an American anthropologist best known for her research on lucha libre, the style of professional wrestling created in Mexico. Born in Massachusetts, she received a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from the University of Massachusetts in 1990 and a PhD in anthropology from New York University in 2001. She became an assistant professor of anthropology at Temple University and lives in Philadelphia.
