Ibn Wahshiyya was a Nabataean agriculturalist, toxicologist, and alchemist born in Qussin, near Kufa in Iraq. He is known for writing the Nabataean Agriculture, an influential Arabic text on agriculture, astrology, and magic. He died around 930.
