John Green is an American author known for his young adult novels. His first novel, Looking for Alaska, won the 2006 Michael L. Printz Award. His second novel, An Abundance of Katherines, was an honor book for the same award in 2007 and a finalist for the Los Angeles Times Book Prize. His third novel, Paper Towns, became a New York Times bestseller and won the Edgar Allen Poe Award for Best YA Mystery. Beginning in 2007, Green and his brother Hank co-hosted the internet blog "Brotherhood 2.0," also known as vlogbrothers, where they shared daily content about their lives, books, and current events.
