Juan Picasso González was a Spanish general who participated in the Rif War with the Spanish Army of Africa during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He served as a military investigation instructor and authored "Expediente Picasso," an investigation report on the defeat of the Spanish Army at the Battle of Annual in 1921. The battle resulted in the loss of approximately 20,000 soldiers and officers, with around 8,000 killed. He was born in 1857 and died in 1935.
