Keith John Kingston Roberts (20 September 1935 – 5 October 2000) was an English science fiction author. He began his writing career with two stories published in the September 1964 issue of Science Fantasy magazine: "Anita," the first of a series featuring a teenage modern witch and her eccentric grandmother, and "Escapism." Roberts was also recognized as a British writer and artist. His early work appeared in a science fiction magazine, marking the start of his contributions to the genre.
