Kiersten Fay is an American author known for her paranormal romance series, Shadow Quest, which blends elements of the paranormal and science fiction with themes drawn from folklore and mythology. She gained recognition in 2012 when her short story Demon Retribution, the third book in the Shadow Quest series, was named Favorite Story of August 2012 on gravetells.com. She also received a nomination for favorite author that year. In 2013, her short story Racing Hearts was published in The Mammoth Book of Futuristic Romance. Before pursuing writing, Fay worked as a graphic designer and continues to create her own book covers.
