Kyoko Okazaki is a Japanese manga artist who worked from the mid-1980s until the mid-1990s, publishing her work in seinen, josei, and fashion magazines. She created around 20 volumes of manga, including the notable series Pink, River's Edge, and Helter Skelter. Her work was recognized for challenging the norms of shōjo manga and reflecting the culture of Tokyo during the 1990s. She stopped publishing after an accident in 1996.
