Maino De Maineri, also known as Magninus Mediolanensis, was a 14th-century Italian physician, astrologer, and writer who authored numerous regimen sanitatis. He served as a Regent master at the University of Paris and later as court physician and astrologer to the House of Visconti in Milan. One of his last works, Libellus de preservatione ab epydimia, written about 1360, addressed the astrological causes of the Black Death. He was born in 1300 and died in 1368.
