Al-Hathib al-Tabrizi, also known as Abu Abdullah Muhammad ibn Abdullah al-Tabrizi, was a scholar of hadith and the author of the collection "Mishkat al-Masabih," which is an expanded version of the work "Masabih as-Sunna" by al-Bagawi. He also wrote the book "Al-Ikmal fi Asma al-Rijal." "Mishkat al-Masabih" became a popular hadith collection and was studied in madrasas in Central Asia. The collection was reprinted multiple times and translated into various languages.
