Ricci Institutes

1 standalone book

The Ricci Institutes are research and publication centers focused on the study of Chinese ancient and modern culture and the intercultural dialogue between the Chinese world and other spiritual traditions. They were named after the sinologist Matteo Ricci and were directly preceded by the "Bureau d’Études Sinologiques," an organization created by French Jesuits in Shanghai at the end of the 19th century. This earlier group pioneered modern sinological research.
