Tahereh Mafi

Tahereh Mafi is an American author born in 1988, best known for her young-adult dystopian Shatter Me series, about a girl whose lethal touch makes her both weapon and outcast in a tightly controlled society. She has expanded the series across several novels and novellas and written other young-adult and fantasy fiction, and is married to fellow author Ransom Riggs.
