Thomas H. Cormen (born 1956) is an American academic and politician. He is a co-author of the textbook Introduction to Algorithms, together with Charles Leiserson, Ron Rivest and Cliff Stein, and later wrote Algorithms Unlocked (2013). An emeritus professor of computer science at Dartmouth College, where he formerly chaired the department, he was elected as a Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives in 2022.
