Mineo Fujino, known by his pen name Tow Ubukata, is a Japanese novelist and screenwriter who primarily writes fantasy and science fiction. He is the author of major works including Mardock Scramble, Le Chevalier D'Eon and Heroic Age. Tow Ubukata also served as series composer for Fafner in the Azure, Ghost in the Shell: Arise, Psycho-Pass 2 and Psycho-Pass 3. He was born in 1977.
