The Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania is a non-stock, not-for-profit organization headquartered in Warwick, New York. It serves as the main legal entity used worldwide by Jehovah's Witnesses to direct, administer, and disseminate doctrines for the group. It is the parent organization of several Watch Tower subsidiaries and has a limited number of voting shareholders. Approximately 5,800 Jehovah's Witnesses provide voluntary unpaid labor in three large Watch Tower Society facilities in New York, with nearly 15,000 others working at the organization's facilities worldwide.
