Youn In-wan is a South Korean manhwa writer. He is known in Japan for his work Blade of the Phantom Master. Prior to that, he collaborated on the manhwa Island with illustrator Yang Kyung-il. After the final volume of Island was published, he wrote a novel titled The Island, which explored the past of the characters from his manhwa. He has also been featured in the Korean weekly magazine Deja Vu.
