Aztec Books in Order
Aztec is a series of historical fiction novels beginning with Gary Jennings's 1980 novel Aztec, narrated by an elderly Mexica (Aztec) man recounting his life to Spanish friars around the time of the Spanish conquest of Mexico. Jennings wrote the first two books (Aztec, 1980, and Aztec Autumn, 1997); after his death in 1999, the remaining four novels (Aztec Blood, Aztec Rage, Aztec Fire, Aztec Revenge) were completed/continued by his editor Robert Gleason and co-author Junius Podrug.
