About “The Young Magicians”
The Young Magicians is an American anthology of fantasy short stories edited by Lin Carter. It was first published in October 1969 by Ballantine Books as the seventh volume in the Ballantine Adult Fantasy series. This was the second anthology compiled by Carter for the series, released at the same time as Dragons, Elves, and Heroes. The book was later translated into German.
