About “Blood Price”
Blood Price is the first novel in Tanya Huff's Blood Books series, featuring private investigator Victoria ("Vicky/Vicki") Nelson. She is aided by Henry FitzRoy, an immortal man and the bastard son of Henry VIII, and her former lover, Detective-Sergeant Mike Cellucci. The novel was published in 1991 and was followed by four more novels and a short story collection. Blood Price also serves as the title for the first two episodes of the Lifetime series Blood Ties, which is based on Huff's books. The series is part of a larger collection of works by the author.
