About “A book of giants”
A Book of Giants is a 1963 anthology containing 13 European fairy tales retold by Ruth Manning-Sanders. It is part of a long series of similar collections she produced. This was the first book in her "A Book of..." series, which became well known. Published in the United Kingdom by Methuen & Co. Ltd., the book was used in schools as an educational resource.
