About “Amakusa1637”
Amakusa 1637 is a Japanese manga series created by Michiyo Akaishi. The story follows six high school students from St. Francisco Academy who travel through time to the 17th century, where they become involved in the Shimabara Rebellion. The series was first published in the shōjo magazine Petit Flower from 2000 to 2002 and later in the josei magazine Flowers from 2002 to 2006. It was compiled into 12 tankōbon volumes.
