About “Ao no Fūin”
Ao no Fūin is a Japanese shōjo manga series by Chie Shinohara. It was serialized in the magazine Shōjo Comic from issue 22 in 1991 until 1994. The story follows Sōko Kiryū, a beautiful high school girl who discovers she is the latest reincarnation of Sōryū, a demon queen who once ruled the earth with her armies. She falls in love with Akira, a boy who is the reincarnation of Byakko, a legendary white tiger destined to kill her. The series explores their conflicting destinies and emotional connection.
