Emma Collins and her sister Katy move to Warbler Lake, Missouri, to take over Bitsy's B & B, a run-down roadside property that operates as both a bed-and-breakfast and a bait-and-barbecue business. As the sisters learn to manage the unique demands of the business and navigate personal challenges, including custody issues involving Katy's six-year-old son, Josh, they gradually adapt to their new lives in the Ozarks.
