Black Cat is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kentaro Yabuki. It was serialized in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump from July 2000 to June 2004. The chapters were later compiled into twenty tankōbon volumes by Shueisha. The story follows Train Heartnet, a former member of an elite group of assassins known as the Chronos Numbers.
