About “Blackbird”
Blackbird is a 2005 play written by Scottish playwright David Harrower. The play was inspired in part by the crimes of sex offender Toby Studebaker. It follows a young woman who meets a middle-aged man fifteen years after being sexually abused by him when she was twelve.
