Bloodhype is a highly addictive drug described as more deadly than all other drugs in the universe, with near-certain fatal consequences for users. The story follows a group of individuals, including two low-grade Church officers, a ship's captain, a legendary alien guardian from an extinct race, and a young human with a deadly flying snake on his shoulder, as they confront a creature known as a Vom that has been freed from its prison and threatens to destroy civilizations across the universe.
