About “Borrower of the night”

Art historian Vicky Bliss travels to Rothenburg to investigate the disappearance of a masterwork in wood, the final creation of a sixteenth-century master carver, believed to be hidden in a medieval German castle. Her search, accompanied by an arrogant male colleague, leads her into a dangerous situation where she must confront the possibility of either a supernatural evil or a real killer determined to protect the treasure.
