About “By the Light of the Moon”
Dylan O’Connor is a gifted young artist traveling to an arts festival in Santa Fe with his twenty-year-old autistic brother, Shep, when he is attacked by a mysterious "doctor," injected with a strange substance, and told he is now a carrier of something that will either kill him or transform his life. He is forced to flee, encountering Jillian Jackson, a beautiful comedian who becomes another carrier, and together with Shep they are pursued by a threatening group in black Suburbans, while Shep begins exhibiting increasingly disturbing behavior.
