About “Capital”
Capital: A Critique of Political Economy, also known as Das Kapital, is a foundational text in Marxist theory written by Karl Marx. It is a critical analysis of political economy aimed at uncovering the economic patterns that define the capitalist mode of production. The work is divided into three volumes, with only the first being published during Marx's lifetime in 1867.
