About “Diwan-e-Ghalib”
Diwan-e-Ghalib is a poetry book written by Mirza Asadullah Khan Ghalib, an Indian-born Persian and Urdu poet. It is a collection of Ghalib's ghazals. Not all of his ghazals are included, as he was selective about which ones to include. Some Urdu scholars have attempted to gather all of his works in other copies of the Diwan. Several editions of the Diwan exist, including the Nuskha-e Nizami, Nuskha-e Arshi by Imtiaz Ali 'Arshi', Nuskha-e-Hamidiya (Bhopal), and Nuskha az Ghulam rasool Mehr.
