About “Fortunate son”

Tommy, nicknamed Lucky, is a crippled boy facing health problems and hardship, in contrast to his stepbrother Eric, who enjoys good fortune, charm, and privilege. After their family is torn apart by tragedy, Tommy drops out of school, sells drugs, lives on the streets, and forms a family of his own, while Eric pursues athletics, academic success, and a life marked by uncertainty despite his advantages. Their lives diverge but remain connected, and years later, their separate paths converge when they must face threats that could destroy them.
