About “Fragmenta phytographiae Australiae”
Fragmenta phytographiae Australiae is a series of papers written by Ferdinand von Mueller, a Victorian Government botanist. In this series, he described approximately 2000 new plant taxa from Australia. The work includes the plant genera Reedia and Acomis. The papers were published in 94 parts between 1858 and 1882, compiled into 11 volumes. A 12th volume was planned but never published.
