About “Glasshouse”

When Robin wakes up in a clinic with most of his memories missing, he quickly realizes someone is trying to kill him. It is the 27th century, where interstellar travel is done through teleport gates and conflicts are fought using network worms that censor refugees and target historians. The civil war has ended, and Robin has been demobilized, but someone wants him dead because of something his earlier self knew. On the run from a ruthless pursuer, he joins the Glasshouse, an experimental polity designed to simulate a pre-accelerated culture. Participants are given anonymized identities, making it seem like the perfect place to hide. However, within this escape-proof environment, Robin faces a radical transformation, leaving him vulnerable to both the experimenters and his own unstable mind.
