About “God”
Physicist Victor J. Stenger argues that if God exists, there should be scientific evidence to support this claim, given the role God is said to play in the universe and human life. He examines traditional religious claims as a scientific hypothesis, looking at Intelligent Design, the existence of immaterial souls, and the effects of prayer. Stenger also reviews findings from physics and astronomy regarding the universe's origin and humanity's place in it. After analyzing all the scientific evidence, he concludes that the universe and life appear exactly as they would if there were no God.
