About “Goldilocks and the Three Bears”
"Goldilocks and the Three Bears" is a traditional 19th-century British fairy tale with three versions. The original version features an impudent old woman who enters the home of three bachelor bears. She eats their porridge, breaks a chair, and sleeps in a bed. When the bears return, they find her, she wakes up, and she jumps out of the window and disappears. The second version changes the old woman to a young, naive girl named Goldilocks. The third and most well-known version replaces the bachelor bears with a family consisting of a father bear, a mother bear, and a baby bear. (Summary adapted from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA 4.0.)
