About “Hitohira”
Hitohira is a Japanese manga series created by Izumi Kirihara. The story follows Mugi Asai, a shy girl who joins the Drama Research Society at her school without fully understanding what it involves. The manga was published in Futabasha's Comic High! magazine from March 2004 to May 2009. It was later licensed for North American distribution by Aurora Publishing. An anime adaptation consisting of 12 episodes aired in Japan from March to June 2007. The series focuses on Mugi's experiences and growth within the club.
