About “Host and Guest”
Host and Guest is an epic poem written by the Georgian poet, writer, and philosopher Vazha-Pshavela. It was first published in 1893 in Tbilisi and is regarded as the masterpiece of Georgian literature. The poem is required reading in Georgian schools.
