At the beach near Mouseford Academy, one of the Thea Sisters discovers a mysterious blue-skinned boy washed ashore who speaks an unfamiliar language. Thea Stilton is called in to help communicate with him, setting the mouselings on a journey across the world to uncover his origins, possibly as a prince of the underwater world of Atlantis.
