About “Josippon”

Josippon is one of the most influential medieval chronicles of Jewish history, translated into many languages and republished in many editions, and a landmark of Jewish national historiography. It covers the history of the Roman Empire and its Jewish inhabitants from the biblical Adam to the age of Titus. It was composed in the 10th century in Byzantine Italy.
