About “Kif”

Kif is a country boy and orphan who joins the Army in search of a life beyond his rural upbringing. The story follows his experiences during and after the First World War, including his friendships in Flanders and his gradual descent into crime during the lean years that follow, ultimately leading to his tragic end.
